58- سورة المجادلة |
||
|
بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ |
||
| In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Compassionate | ||
| 1 |
۞ قَدْ سَمِعَ ٱللّٰهُ قَوْلَ ٱلَّتِى تُجَٰدِلُكَ فِى زَوْجِهَا وَتَشْتَكِىٓ إِلَى ٱللّٰهِ وَٱللّٰهُ يَسْمَعُ تَحَاوُرَكُمَآ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللّٰهَ سَمِيعٌۢ بَصِيرٌ﴿1﴾ |
سَمَعَ,
|
| Allah has listened to the word of her, who was arguing with you about her husband, and she was complaining to Allah. Allah listens to both of your conversation. Allah is All-Seeing, All-Hearing. | ||
| 2 |
ٱلَّذِينَ يُظَٰهِرُونَ مِنكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِهِم مَّا هُنَّ أُمَّهَٰتِهِمْ ۖ إِنْ أُمَّهَٰتُهُمْ إِلَّا ٱلَّٰٓـِٔى وَلَدْنَهُمْ ۚ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَقُولُونَ مُنكَرًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْقَوْلِ وَزُورًۭا ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللّٰهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٌۭ﴿2﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| Those among you who pretend their woman (by equating their woman like their own mothers) (like their mothers) who are not their (real) mothers. Their mothers are only those who gave birth to them. What they say is atrocious lies of words and falsification. But Allah is Most Kind, Most Forgiving. | ||
| 3 |
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُظَٰهِرُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمْ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا قَالُوا۟ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍۢ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦ ۚ وَٱللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ﴿3﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| Those among you who pretend their women (like their mothers) then repeat what they said they have to free a slave before they touch each other. That is to warn you, and Allah Knows what you do. | ||
| 4 |
فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّا ۖ فَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَإِطْعَامُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًۭا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِٱللّٰهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ ٱللّٰهِ ۗ وَلِلْكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴿4﴾ |
عَذُبَ,
|
| But whoever does not find (an enslaved person to set free) shall fast for two months consecutively before they touch. He, who does not have the capacity, has to feed sixty poor people. That is for you to believe in Allah and His Messenger. These are the boundaries of Allah. For the nonbelievers is a painful punishment. | ||
| 5 |
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ كُبِتُوا۟ كَمَا كُبِتَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ وَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ ۚ وَلِلْكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٌۭ مُّهِينٌۭ﴿5﴾ج |
بَا نَ,
|
| Indeed, those who impede Allah and His Messenger will be suppressed, like many before them were suppressed. We sent down (revealed) our signs-verses clearly. For the nonbelievers, there is a degrading punishment. | ||
| 6 |
يَوْمَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ ٱللّٰهُ جَمِيعًۭا فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوٓا۟ ۚ أَحْصَىٰهُ ٱللّٰهُ وَنَسُوهُ ۚ وَٱللّٰهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ﴿6﴾1ع |
عَمِلَ,
|
| On Day, Allah will revive (resurrect) them all together, then He will inform them about what they did. Allah has counted it, but they forgot it (a man may forget his deeds, but Allah Knows and has recorded). Allah is Witness on everything. | ||
| 7 |
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللّٰهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ مَا يَكُونُ مِن نَّجْوَىٰ ثَلَٰثَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ رَابِعُهُمْ وَلَا خَمْسَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ سَادِسُهُمْ وَلَآ أَدْنَىٰ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَآ أَكْثَرَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَعَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كَانُوا۟ ۖ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللّٰهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ﴿7﴾ |
عَلِمَ,
|
| Do you not see that Allah knows whatever is in the universe and the earth? Nobody talks secretly in the (group of) three, but He is there as fourth; nor between (group of) five, but He is sixth; Neither less than that nor more, but He is with them wherever they are. Then, He will inform them about what they did on the Day of the Standing; Allah Knows everything. | ||
| 8 |
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ نُهُوا۟ عَنِ ٱلنَّجْوَىٰ ثُمَّ يَعُودُونَ لِمَا نُهُوا۟ عَنْهُ وَيَتَنَٰجَوْنَ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَإِذَا جَآءُوكَ حَيَّوْكَ بِمَا لَمْ يُحَيِّكَ بِهِ ٱللّٰهُ وَيَقُولُونَ فِىٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَوْلَا يُعَذِّبُنَا ٱللّٰهُ بِمَا نَقُولُ ۚ حَسْبُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ يَصْلَوْنَهَا ۖ فَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ﴿8﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| Do you see those prohibited from conversing secretly but then returning to what they were prohibited from? They secretly discuss committing crimes, hostile acts, and disobeying the Messenger. And when you come to (meet) them, they greet you with a greeting that Allah never greeted you. And they ask themselves, “Why does Allah not punish us because of what we say?” They belong (are credited) to Hell. They will burn in there. What a miserable destination! | ||
| 9 |
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا تَنَٰجَيْتُمْ فَلَا تَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ وَمَعْصِيَتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَتَنَٰجَوْا۟ بِٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللّٰهَ ٱلَّذِىٓ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ﴿9﴾ |
أَ مُنَ,
|
| O you who believe! When you talk in secret, do not talk in secret about the sins, aggression, and disobedience of the Messenger, but talk in secret about the good deeds. And fear Allah; He is the One to whom you shall be gathered. | ||
| 10 |
إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّجْوَىٰ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ لِيَحْزُنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَلَيْسَ بِضَآرِّهِمْ شَيْـًٔا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللّٰهِ ۚ وَعَلَى ٱللّٰهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ﴿10﴾ |
أَ مُنَ,
|
| What is the secret talk (it is) from the shaitan to cause grievance to those who believe? But he can not harm them in any way without the permission of Allah. The believers have placed their trust in Allah. | ||
| 11 |
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمْ تَفَسَّحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْمَجَٰلِسِ فَٱفْسَحُوا۟ يَفْسَحِ ٱللّٰهُ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا قِيلَ ٱنشُزُوا۟ فَٱنشُزُوا۟ يَرْفَعِ ٱللّٰهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ دَرَجَٰتٍۢ ۚ وَٱللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ﴿11﴾ |
أَ مُنَ,
|
| O you who believe! When it is said to you to make room (empty the place) in gatherings, then make room (empty the area). Allah will make room (the place) for you. And when you are told to rise (to disappear), rise (disappear). Allah will raise those who believe among you, and those who were given the knowledge have ranks (grades). Allah Knows what you are doing. | ||
| 12 |
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نَٰجَيْتُمُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَقَدِّمُوا۟ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ نَجْوَىٰكُمْ صَدَقَةًۭ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ وَأَطْهَرُ ۚ فَإِن لَّمْ تَجِدُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللّٰهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ﴿12﴾ |
أَ مُنَ,
|
| O you who believe! When you have a confidential talk with Messenger, donate to charity before you have a confidential talk. That is better for you and purer. But if you do not find (the means), Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. | ||
| 13 |
ءَأَشْفَقْتُمْ أَن تُقَدِّمُوا۟ بَيْنَ يَدَىْ نَجْوَىٰكُمْ صَدَقَٰتٍۢ ۚ فَإِذْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا۟ وَتَابَ ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ ۚ وَٱللّٰهُ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ﴿13﴾2ع |
عَمِلَ,
|
| Are you more apprehensive (uneasy) that you (need) to donate to charity before you have confidential talks? If you did not do so, and Allah forgave you, establish prayer, give charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah Knows all about what you do. | ||
| 14 |
۞ أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ تَوَلَّوْا۟ قَوْمًا غَضِبَ ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِم مَّا هُم مِّنكُمْ وَلَا مِنْهُمْ وَيَحْلِفُونَ عَلَى ٱلْكَذِبِ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ﴿14﴾ |
عَلِمَ,
|
| Do you not see those who turned (became friendly) to a nation that Allah has become angry with? They are neither from you nor from them (who rejected faith). And they take an oath (swear) on a lie while they know it. | ||
| 15 |
أَعَدَّ ٱللّٰهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًۭا شَدِيدًا ۖ إِنَّهُمْ سَآءَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ﴿15﴾ |
عَمِلَ,
|
| Allah has prepared for them a severe punishment. Evil is what they used to do. | ||
| 16 |
ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ جُنَّةًۭ فَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللّٰهِ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ مُّهِينٌۭ﴿16﴾ |
أَخَذَ,
|
| They hold (use) their trustworthiness (by claiming that they are with you) as a shield to hinder the path of Allah. For them is a humiliating punishment. | ||
| 17 |
لَّن تُغْنِىَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللّٰهِ شَيْـًٔا ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ﴿17﴾ |
خَلَدَ,
|
| There is no benefit for them in terms of their wealth or their children against Allah in anything. Those are companions of the Fire; they will stay therein forever. | ||
| 18 |
يَوْمَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ ٱللّٰهُ جَمِيعًۭا فَيَحْلِفُونَ لَهُۥ كَمَا يَحْلِفُونَ لَكُمْ ۖ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلْكَٰذِبُونَ﴿18﴾ |
شِاءَ,
|
| On the Day when Allah will raise them all together, they will swear to Him, like they were swearing to you; they considered that they are upon something. No doubt, (Is it not that) they are the liars. | ||
| 19 |
ٱسْتَحْوَذَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ فَأَنسَىٰهُمْ ذِكْرَ ٱللّٰهِ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حِزْبُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّ حِزْبَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ﴿19﴾ |
خَسِرَ,
|
| The shaitan has taken control of them, so they forgot to remember Allah. They are the party of the shaitan. No doubt, the party of the shaitan will be the losers. | ||
| 20 |
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى ٱلْأَذَلِّينَ﴿20﴾ |
حَدَّ,
|
| Indeed, those who oppose Allah and His Messenger are among those who are humiliated. | ||
| 21 |
كَتَبَ ٱللّٰهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا۠ وَرُسُلِىٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللّٰهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌۭ﴿21﴾ |
رَسِلَ,
|
| Allah has written, “My Messenger and I will be Victorious.” Indeed, Allah is Strong and All-Mighty. | ||
| 22 |
لَّا تَجِدُ قَوْمًۭا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللّٰهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ يُوَآدُّونَ مَنْ حَآدَّ ٱللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَآءَهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ كَتَبَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلْإِيمَٰنَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِرُوحٍۢ مِّنْهُ ۖ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ رَضِىَ ٱللّٰهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حِزْبُ ٱللّٰهِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّ حِزْبَ ٱللّٰهِ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ﴿22﴾3ع |
أَ مُنَ,
|
| You will not find a nation that believes in Allah and Hereafter (and also that) they love those who impede Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers, sons, brothers, or companions. Those are whom Allah has written in their hearts the belief and help them with His soul. And He will enter them in Gardens with the rivers flowing below them; they will live forever there. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. These are the partisans of Allah. The party of Allah is the one who will benefit. |
